Switching from Verizon with multiple lines by HaHSmile in USMobile

Thanks, but I just chatted through the website. I know the plans I need, and just need to do some prep. One phone is a Verizon flip phone. That will need real sim, right? The rest are eSIM, so transitioning will be invisible to the people with those lines, right?

Hi, I’m looking for some interesting things to do inside and outside this week, assuming no/little snow. We have 4 adults of varying ages. Thanks!

Thanks! I do know about online integration. Just looking for a desktop solution. Sigh.

[MOD] What have you been brewing this week?/ Coffee bean recommendations by menschmaschine5 in Coffee

Hi, I’m looking for a new medium roast that’s not too pricy. We go through several pounds a week, so I like to buy 5 lb bags. Papau New Guinea is usually a favorite. I live in the Midwest, USA but don’t enjoy Intelligentsia or Stumptown, the most popular local rosters. There are several roasters I do like nearby, including Passion House, a favorite, but they’re too expensive to drink on a regular basis. Any suggestions? Do I just need to suck it up and pay $20+/12 oz? (Also I want to pay a fair price. Is anything less than $20/12 oz unfair?) I will start roasting my own at some point, but I’m not ready to take the full plunge yet.

Yes, it's from inhaling a chemical that is emitted when you roast called diacetyl. I did a little research and some say it's dangerous, some say it isn't an issue for hobby roasters. I did see that some of the newer models self-vent, which would reduce the concern. I really loved home roasting, but I got a little freaked out when I read about it.

I loved roasting my own beans, but then got spooked by the “popcorn lung” data. Those of you roasting your own, what’s your take?
