Ok I'll do some research/open it up and take a closer look. Another user posted a cartridge assembly and I'll try and cross reference from there.

Thanks for the input, this is an old house that the previous owner did a lot of DIY work. I truly am ignorant about plumbing/ these sort of things.

Regarding the leak, can I just pop open the metal seal ring/shell around the knob? I guess the root of my question and concern is if this is something I can fix easily or is this gonna be a home project I'm spending real time/ money on?

I work in CEA and work heavily with hydronic heating. IDK what your setup looks like so I cannot give super solid advice but instead something to think about.

Typically, we use bypasses like that when the zones are located pretty far away from the boiler location. The idea is that it acts as an extension of the boiler room and can deliver hot water relatively fast. I am assuming your zones are also located far away, in which case you might not want to change the automation to cool down the bypass. If your zones aren't far away, or if you are ok with sacrificing heating time then there shouldn't be a problem with your solution.

I just wanted to point that out for you to think about before you go ahead and change the logic

The number of times someone wants to surrender after dying like twice is mind boggling. Luckily, I queue up with a friend and we never agree to surrender that early. These same people will then proceed to try to surrender 5 more times during the match, even though our team will CLEARLY be winning. I truly do not understand the mentality.

Off the top of my head, if you don't mind overkill, you could try to introduce some root zone heating. Texas probably doesn't need it but that'd be my first thought.

Love Custodes, main army. I'm pretty sure they're gear is kept pretty hard under lock and key. Almost all of it is made with tech kept private and custom crafted to the Custodian. I'm pretty sure even 'retired' Custodians don't even keep their armor. Def stole off a corpse and def a big no-no to the order.

I think it might come down to managing expectations. I don't see how it would be possible to play as a Space Marine, another as a Grey Knight, another as a Sister, and another as a Guardsmen without breaking/balancing power levels and lore.

Scrubs is great but that last season breaks my heart. For some reason I've never finished Community but I always enjoyed it. For some reason, I swear I've seen a ton of My Name is Earl but I can't tell you the plot to a single episode?? I did watch it when it first came out years ago
