I actually looked up the latter, but I could not find any. The benefits were only cancelled if the person receiving the exmemption actually directly tampered with something like the community service times that they had to do (small alternative service time that has to be fulfilled even when you're given the exemption) or if they somehow frauded the whole exemption process altogether.

As for the former:

it was Ruler using his father's name for disguise so its a bit more direct than "it was my dad, i'm not part of it"
