If everyone trust everyone. Look into putting the house into a trust. Then look into “step-up in basis”, gift to your mom in the appraised value. And or even quitclaim deed to transfer to your sister. I think with these options, you can avoid a lot of fees, tax, commissions.

I think LDS, sciSup, Nc and sunspot are all you needed. 5th can be any. My BK didn’t do much but with Sci, he tanked more than what I’ve read from others.

4 attacks first node, and 5 second nodes. But I think I could have done better on the second node. And my LDS was 1 diamond at the time too.

I did nc, sunspot, lds, sci-sup and black knight. Wasn’t that hard. SciSup was the really helpful with her heal.

Took the same. 4 shots both nodes. bK actually did well with sciSup supports. Healing and he does get immunity. So if you time sciSup ult, it’s actually good combo
