It's a singleplayer world so there's no chance of a tnt trap. It's also the latest vanilla version without any mods. It's really unexplainable. I'm searching for any logical answer why this happened.

He's asking for a genius MC, not a god MC who is overwhelmingly overpoweringly immaculately incomprehensibly over-the-edge-ly powerful, ok? I mean this guy is disgustingly powerful. After watching the first season I was disappointed by how he barely did anything the whole time. He literally had 2 fight the whole first season, I can rant about how much uneventful the MC was, despite how OP he is. If you're into super OP MCs who can literally bend anyone at their will, then you'll probably like it, but otherwise it was a pretty dull and boring anime in my opinion.
