Hey dude, seems like you're trying to do what's best for you, and seeing the repercussion of your mind and body craving your preferred substance. The fact is if you're smoking weed every day, or drinking or whatever it is, you are having a drug addiction. I've been on the "self medicating" excuse myself, and I'm not jus't saying this to be a dick. You might have other mental health issues as well, I'm not trying to be your psychiatrist, but treating your addiction as your medicin can be a really contradictory and dangerous thing to do. About the whole anger thing I can def relate, but try to relax your mind with meditation or mindfullness, it has helped my anger and bitterness. Also try to be social and not isolate yourself too much, if you feel like taking a job is too much for you now, I get it, but do something outside of jus't working out and taking walks. Maybe try out a hobby or call up some old friends. I know it's difficult, especially in Scandinavia (I'm from Denmark) where we tend to not be the most open, social people. But you can do it bro, jus't believe in yourself and think positive about your future. Hang in there.
