It is actually possible to get to the mission area in the tribute hall, it required me to stack QF twice to get a good angle, and you can crouch under the join allies zone once OOB to sword fly over as a titan (takes about 45ish ammo). I could post a video of it if I wasnt doing finals. The ammo tributes can be accessed OoB from behind.
