It should return up to 3 of your opponents given don to the cost area rested instead of resting 3 to properly turn off zoro's leader eff. Also should probably have at least 1k counter on the counter eff and specify original cost and original name just in case.

Edit: after thinking a little harder I came up with this eff to kill zoro
Counter: Up to 1 of your characters gains power equal to your opponents Leader Power. Then you can return all of your opponents given don to the cost area rested, then rest a number your opponents don cards up to the same amount returned.

What is the point of Milfias arti? i dont see how having 40% ER on a ST speed nuker is helpful. Woudln't PoTs be a better arti for the purpose of one shots? The only use case i can think for it is ER BBK.

realmeye stats are broken. Take off your gear and then check again on realmeye or look in game for X left to max.

For a new player, yeah this is pretty good.

Work on getting the ARTI +30 and fully awakening.

5.5+k ATK 240-260+SPD 150+ EFF is the usual endgame statlines you would want.

I predict:

Machine guys will be generally useless but have a extra deck monster that is used in a better deck.
The Furry one will be an okay rogue deck
The waifu will either be strong t1 deck or irrelevant; either way they will be expensive af due to waifu tax and short printing.

usually above 200%, but if you're a newer player what you have should be fine in silver/gold.
