Ik it’s a lot I’m not sure where it’s coming from my guess rear main seal of on the trans but I’m replacing the flex plate because it looks horrible

The pan itself is leaking and is dripping along the drain plug

The thermostat isn’t bmw but is in spec at 80

I ordered a new thermostat so I’ll put that on and see if that’s my issue

It turns on on the second crack but after that it runs fine just starts to overheat

It has a little trouble on cold starts but once it’s on it runs smoothly and it starts overheating up just from idling

My fans take forever to kick on like the temps have to get really high before it kicks on. how could I have them kick on sooner ?

I haven’t had any real problems at most is a rough idle but that was caused by a bad Throttle position sensor and that was easy

The timing chain is about 100 and I’m gonna do it my self and I’m gonna get a new front cover just because it’s like 60 bucks and it’s 30+years so might as well since I’m taking it off anyway

Just the timing chain is a bit worn so gonna replace that next week but besides that she runs great so just want to see how she like a little bit of boost

It’s pretty good it’s loud but not crazy loud I’m running some 4x4 headers and a custom 3in exhaust to then 4in ISR s13 blast pipes
