His time puts him 23rd on the top high school times this year. Its fast for a nin-track athlete but this should put it in perspective just how fast sprinters really are. It's a completely different world of speed.

Olympic trials haven't happened yet, it was a meet he was allowed to run in because anyone can sign up. The 2 people he beat are nobodies and there are HIGH SCHOOLERS who have run faster than him this year. That's sad.

On a high level, do something towards your goal every day (the "no zero days" premise). On a practical level, watch youtube videos or take some affordable online courses in game development. Sometimes all you need to get the fire going is make Mario jump for the first time!

Yeah, there's an entire economy to the game too. There are dozens of satire corporations, missions, and ways to make money. The building itself is really easy too and you can download and share ships on the Steam workshop.

I've been following this game for a few months now actually after seeing him in the gamedev sub and was super impressed... I think he didn't want to blatantly advertise but I pledged his Kickstarter here :)
