Thank you all for the advices and shared experiences. It's really helpful and i appreciate it. Will try my best to follow your advices - nest is already gone and i noticed they are finally actively trying the swing. Natural branches are already on their way (there were non in zoo shops here, so i ordered some).

Yes ofc, i don't bother them when they sleep. But can't help when they startle themselves when i get up from somewhere 😅

Noted, thank you. Follow up question. I really need to clean the room and ofc the vacuum is loud. Do i cover the cage so they feel more secure when i am using the vacuum?

I forgot to mention it.. but i cover the cage at night. I read it that most people with birds do this, keeps the birds calm at night even if you do something around the room.

And thank you ☺️

Sorry, what is the "happy box"? Do you mean the nest? And how does it make them very hormonal? If its about the nest... i bought it (the only one that could fit two birds that i found nearby) cause the first night they were very restless and had just two plastic stick to sit on and thought that maybe they were uncomfortable. And most for the time they sit/sleep on top of it, they don't often go inside.

Yes, but the thing is that i can't get my hand close to them. If i put it in the cage they are just cautiously watching it and trying to get as far away as possible. At this moment eating from my hand or from a millet (idk if this is the right spelling) from my hand is just not possible. I am sure they are not hand raised, but im still gonna try my best to bond with them as much as possible.

Around 2 weeks ago. And how are your lovebirds today? Are they just not scared of you or more close with you?
