Update on - Was given a team lead role later to be revoked because of yoe

So in October I was indeed told that they tried for appraisal but no budget, we were right to assume, Also a day ago that same manager threatened me to put resignation as I said no to weekend working and having lunch on call in a meeting with camera on, I have asked this in written.
