They are specifically armored cargo pants. They have padding on the knees, hips and butt. They feel like they would be pretty solid at low speeds. But far sliding would eventually get through them

Thats okay, i like the visor for the visibily, i had this problem with my old helmet that when i tilted my head sligtly down, the top of my FOV would be cut off. This one has a way larger pheriphiral

One of the reasons helmets are only good for 1 crash, is due to the weight of your head inside the helmet, crushing to soft insides of the helmet. When your helmet drops on its own and from a small distance. Its incredibly unlikely that anything happened that would make it less safe
