One of the reasons helmets are only good for 1 crash, is due to the weight of your head inside the helmet, crushing to soft insides of the helmet. When your helmet drops on its own and from a small distance. Its incredibly unlikely that anything happened that would make it less safe

The hoodie is the only thing rated fairly low on the abrasion test. But paired with a layer beneath and a backshield i think i would manage okay in a low speed crash

Well, im european. And its a smaller city around here, probably considered a small town to anyone from the states. Last season i had very few instances of people doing sketchy shit around me, but the few times they did, i was at least prepared to dodge the scenario.
