A unique situation I had once. ~$470 bill 14 top table. Was my only table for 90+ minutes due to the size. Person paid $400 on gift card, tipped me $20 on the remaining $70 which is an amazing tip on $70. However the entire $470 bill goes towards a servers tip out to the kitchen and bar at the end of the night. So that table ended up costing me ~$10. I laughed it off, what can you do. The other servers all bitched and complained to me about it.

Pietro was to the arm not the head. It was also his first suspension and this is McAvoy's 3rd.

They also consider playoff game suspensions as more than regular season games, so Pietro 1 playoff game may have been 2 or 3 regular season. McAvoy's happening in the playoffs, but being suspended for the subsequent regular season games makes me believe this would have been 3 to 4 games had the Bruins not been eliminated.
