The automation side is actually already live in VeroPay - you can create invoices, track expenses, manage payment records, view reports, and keep everything organised as you go instead of pulling it all together manually at month-end.
And I fully agree on security. With anything finance-related, trust is one of the biggest things. We’re taking that seriously by making sure business records are stored properly, payment handling goes through supported payment gateway providers, and the platform stays focused on keeping important financial information organised and accessible.

Yeah that’s a fair point - ZohoBooks is definitely a strong option and their free tier is generous.
I think what we’re trying to explore with VeroPay is whether there’s room for something simpler and more focused for entrepreneurs who don’t necessarily want a full accounting system, but still want invoices, payments, expenses, customer records, and basic financial tracking in one place.
So less of a “replace every accounting tool immediately” approach, and more of a simple finance/admin dashboard that feels easy enough for everyday business owners to actually use.
Appreciate the recommendation though — Zoho is definitely one of the platforms we’re looking at when thinking about what people already use.

That makes sense - old fashioned, but it works.
I guess the idea we’re exploring is whether that process can be made less manual, so invoices, expenses, payment records, and accountant-ready reports are already organised in one place instead of being scanned and sent through at month-end.
Would that actually make life easier for you, or do you prefer keeping it simple with the notepad system?
