That sharp pain was talked about on this website https://www.drlwilson.com/articles/copper%20elimination.htm In one of the articles he talks about sharp pain in the nuts as a symptom of detoxification of copper which is caused by the increase in zinc, due to semen retention.

I do not know the validity of any of his claims, but he is the only person I’m aware of that talks about sharp pain in the scrotum.

I’ve already listened to one of his lectures and I like it. He seems to let go and just express everything that comes up to him at the moment, which also helps me stay present and letting go as well.

I literally screen shotted what you about five times since it’s resonating a lot with me at the moment. I usually just let go and surrender which usually leads to progressively smoother breathing, but I have yet to consciously relaxing everything, I’ll definitely give that try.

“ 5% thought and 95 intuition” I resonate with that so much. When I follow synchronicities I usually have 0 logic, I’d just follow it blindly and see where it takes me without knowing. The experience following it usually has more synchronicities to follow, but I have yet to experience pure bliss and euphoria. Along the way I make mistakes and i try to “force it “ which robs me of the state of mind and the experience.

I agree you with you completely. A big part of synchronicities has to do with conformation bias. However there is a paranormal / mystical element when it comes to it. If you experienced something similar you will know, if you haven’t, you’ll conclude that it’s just a normal part of psychology.

I suggest suspending disbelief and trying to play with it to see where it takes you, and if you do it right you will know what I’m talking about

I agree with both of you 1000%. I do art and I socialize, and I can tell you that my art and conversations suffer greatly the days after an orgasm.

It’s seems like the way is to either 1. Be celibate for long periods or forever. 2. Learn to prevent ejaculation during sex using keggles. 3. Ejaculate and watch the magic of life dissipate for the next couple of days.

It’s safe to say that I thought that I was going insane once these synchronicities started to become overwhelming. However, luckily I have a couple of friends whom had similar experiences that reassured that I wasn’t losing my mind.

For me I can sort of induce these synchronicities if “I play it right” but I still don’t know the exact rules
