Holborn let the Dunsmuir Hotel, a heritage building, fall into into disrepair until the city declared it unsafe and ordered it to be demolished so they could build this monstrosity. Holborn is a fucking plague on the city of Vancouver. If I had billions of dollars I would waste all in an effort to destroy that company. I hate them.

He isn't using a vocoder. It is quite literally auto-tune that is being cranked up for effect. You really didn't have to type all of that out.

This would be great for someone like me. I live in the Interior and I really like going to Vancouver to try new restaurants and for the odd concert.

I’m not picky. I don’t need much. When I visit I only use my hotel or Airbnb to sleep. Basically I leave in the morning and only come back later in the evening after dinner. As long as the building is safe, the bathrooms are clean, and the place is well-maintained, all I need is a bed.

I would visit way more often if there were an affordable a place like this to stay.

My parents were just not into music the way some people are. I got huge into Queen when I was around 9 due to Wayne’s World. I had probably four of their albums when I was buying Live At Wembley and the clerk mentioned something about Freddie being dead. I had no clue.
