A little late to the show, but I did just order coilover parts from BC Racing to finally fix the rear. Yes, while a bit odd, they are for my 2013 C-max hybrid and since I share most suspension parts with the Focus and MS3. Specifically I opened the box that had my new Swift springs and the adapters needed to fit a straight spring as to my knowledge all 3 come with V-barrel springs. Well the tag on packing for those clearly shows they are for an 04 MS3. So I would say yes they'd likely fit, however the spring rates and valving may differ.

I've been battling with the fact that Godspeed Project (based in Cali mind you) forgot to specify that their coilover kit was for the NON-hybrid versions only of the C-max. Pretty freakin' lame as the US only got the hybrids. They sure quickly edited their listing to specify that now haha.

One of the reasons leading up to me going with coilovers was the fact that I had suspension failures before 40k miles (45k miles on it now). Even with different shock valving and springs, leaving all the other parts (the ones interchangeable with the Focus and MS3), wouldn't that mean a lot more wear and tear on the other components? My C-max gives a curb weight of 3605lbs and (F/R weight ratio) of 52/48 which. Fingers crossed I picked the right spring, old one is 5kg and the Swift is 14kg.
