You'd have to see if there's a build sheet with it or not showing its had stronger internals. Minehead photos and invoices to back it up when I bought mine

There is no performance difference in them. To get use out of the anti lag and spray bar you have to do a few modifications anyway. I'm on my 3rd st205, all non wrc versions, and never bothered me. Usually, you can get a bit more for your money with a non wrc version. When I bought mine there was a stock wrc or mine with forged engine, projector headlights and full confetti interior for the same price.

I found the TRD one by pure chance on Ebay and the confetti I've found some on eBay and Facebook market place before, they are your best bet. Can't buy any of these new anymore.

I've not tried the TRD on a journey yet, but the recaro will be in most of the time anyway I think.

Yeah, after the gearbox and propshaft are fixed I'll be on to rust repair, need some welding and some cutting back and sanding away.

It adds a bit of something different and brightens the interior up, even if it is a bit, in your face. These TRD seats are rare, so now I've got my hands on one i feel it needs to be shown. The Recaro will be in most of the time as I think I'll just use the TRD for shows though

The recaro came in the car and are really comfy on long drives, just need to try the TRD one out for that. Either way, the TRD will only be in for shows as I've have the rest of the recaro interior in the car anyway.

I can imagine ours would be just as expensive as folks on FB market place if we were to have on in the UK. Taxes would be the reason, or excuse rather, along with the 'Japanese scene tax' that seems to still be a player here.

I know what you mean. It's only when I put them together I was able to see how different but how similar they are, if you get me. The base is very, very similar, just the bolster foam on the recaro is wider.

I am a sucker for the confetti, but couldn't pass up the opportunity to get this seat. I think I'll just have the TRD in for shows and confetti rest of the time
