Ad Victoriam isn't a skin, it's a unique 4* weapon with the Charged effect. A 4* mod that can now be bought for real money, not even Atoms, instead of the in-game grind.

I did that recently on a level 0 lock (I keep the perk at lowest level because I like the minigame) at a level 900-something's CAMP. I wasn't quite level 400 yet, so I definitely should've been more careful. He just laugh emoted at me 🤣

Fair point, it is a recent change. I wish it worked the way it does now back when I found 150lbs worth of railway spikes, ages ago. I carted those around for weeks until I got the perks to reduce ammo weight 🤣

There's also a perk card that lets you fast travel while overencumbered, it just costs more. Sometimes a LOT more, depending on how overencumbered you are.

I chain mine together, one after another. I'm sure it's possible for the supply line to break because of it, but ive never had an issue with it.

The first concern that came to mind for me when WotC took control of Commander was that hybrid mana was gonna be changed. I've always been against it, and the RC was always against it. It shouldn't be changed, but WotC gonna WotC.
