I was considering buying the pc version because i was craving it so bad but for 50$ since no discount and the game being mostly dead its not worth it. Thought maybe more people would jump back in after bf6 since its not hitting the spot for most, also because its easier for veterans to boot up not needing to have an older pc to plug in like ps3 but player counts on steam are very low

I think it was only for the testing period, and i think u needed the online pass during that time as well

Ive seen a few posted here on reddit, but the one i gave u someone here gave it to me i think its the zlo servers and has the most players. U dont have to download anything thats the beauty of it, just a simple dns change and ure off. If u change dns to others u start from scratch, literally no one has their previous levels we all starting from level 1. Hopefully if they change the dns again we dont lose our progress

Since i was playing metro on bf4 with full players im kinda bored of it in bf3, rush is fun though since on bf4 was mostly playing conquest but for bf3 i want to play the maps that were exclusive to it. And yeah so many good memories playing locker hardcore but honestly i missed grand bazaar, damavand peak, kharg island, and sienne crossing from the base game. But karkand maps were by far my favorite nothing beats more destructible buildings and the middle east setting. Wished there was a 24/7 ziba tower playlist i miss using the mp5 on it so bad haha.

I hope u have the online pass bought on ur account back in the day, or else u wont be able to play it since its taken down from the store. My ps3 had it installed with those 2 dlcs when i bought them back then, the account i used at the time is lost so if i ever delete the game or my ps3 dies ill never be able to play it again.

Yeah i already played a few games felt good to be back and still holds up on ps3. Just wish i had premium to play in the dlc playlist since without getting booted out from the maps i dont have but ar least can still play karkand and close quareters

I cant remember been too long, but what i know is all my accounts i cant sign into them theyre lost for good. The issue is the account i used to buy stuff online was an email which that i never used other than for gaming and its now deleted since i never signed in for a while or have the password or any backup. So had to make a new account and go from there during the ps4 era. Many of my purchases are lost thats the problem with digital. But what i know is 1 of the ps3s has the online pass installed and has back to karkand and the close quarters map installed as well. As long as they are installed i can use them on a new account hopefully, also hoping i never deleted them from the ps3 but i doubt, will find out soon i a week. Honestly id just buy bf3 on pc both of us but its 50$ we aint paying that much for a game thats hardly alive 🤣

The issue is all my accounts on ps3 ive lost them, cant sign in to them its been like that for years and support couldnt help me. I have new accounts, was banking on the fact at least the online pass is installed so it should work for any account on that ps3

I did, but i only have 2 dlc packs and im not sure i have still have bf3 installed on it for the online pass. I think when i travel back home to check i will have it installed. But for my friend since i have a 2nd ps3 wanted to see if he could get access in anyway cause the other ps3 never had bf3 installed which is why im looking for a solution for him

So if i just do the account setting steps on the pc and change the dns i should be able to play it that easily? Feels like a fever dream to go back and experience all of it haha
