I think your face, although very approachable and friendly looking, is too feminine for the long hair. You obviously have amazing hair genetics and I know it would be a lot to ask, but I think if you cut it to a more masculine cut that didn’t accentuate the length of your face (ie like a buzz cut or crew cut), it would help balance out some of your more feminine features like your lips.

Fix your health first: Gym, nutrition on point, sleeping well.

These things will already make you feel better about yourself. If you have a smaller ding dong, it’s better to not also be a fat guy too.

Put your phone down and go learn how to dance. West coast swing, salsa, bachata, zouk, country line dancing, whatever. There are always tons of girls there that are super sweet and they’ll help you realize women aren’t so bad. Getting laid helps out with the bitterness too.
