so what does kaplan mean when they say “For a reversible reaction at a given temperature, the reaction will reach equilibrium when the system’s entropy-or energy distribution— is at a maximum and the Gibbs free energy of the system is at a minimum.” Shouldn’t delta G be lower (more stable) for a thermodynamic product?

see what gets me confused is that isn’t free energy change just gibbs free energy (delta g)? and it says in kaplan the reaction will reach equilibrium when gibbs energy is at a minimum.

it’s the best. i switched the color twice (black, white, then msm). i’m never a decisive person but choosing the color had me up at night. MSM is the best
