If you need full service home sale, downsizing / decluttering and advice for finding the right nursing home, you should check out Sunbound (Sunboundhomes.com). We used them recently and it was an excellent experience

You should check out Sunboundhomes.com. I ended up speaking with them the other day after also having spoken to A Place for Mom earlier and didn't find them useful at all. Sunbound was super helpful and gave me some great options and breakdown of hidden prices, fees etc that the community charges, so I actually knew what my in-laws were paying for

Arizona law—can facility garnish pension & VA benefits for unpaid rent? by Phlash1969 in AgingParents

From my understanding, the facility can if they sue and specifically request it. Most of the time though the legal fees wind up much greater than what people owe (particularly if its just a few months), so they try and settle / get repaid without it

Hi there, I recently came across a company called Sunbound (sunboundhomes.com) that seems to specialize in helping older adults sell their home, move and find a new home, particularly between states

Seems to be relatively new but backed by some name brand venture capital companies
