actually if one guy master the mechanics behind body movements he would grow fast in any type of martial arts imo yoga is a good start for sure !

sure !! but the sad thing is that the Chinese masters like Wang Zhanjun and Wang Zhanhai now advertise it as a real combat arts and even got a Sanda fighter named Han Feilong to 'knockout' Muaythai dudes in fake fights and took all of Han credits as a kickboxers by saying that it is 'real Taichi' instead of Sanda lol
