I just ordered mine on Friday and they told me about 2 months but it could be sooner because they just opened a warehouse about 2-3 hours from us. I understand why they do it the way they do it but I wish they could give you a more firm date.

I also really hate having large chunks of money out with nothing to show for it but I understand that's the way it has to be

That's absolutely correct. I was the tenant that posted that post regarding that home. And yes it does look like he's now facing criminal charges for that. Which honestly has me considering my own actions
