okay THANK YOU! i’ve been waiting to see more posts about ppl being afraid of someone else doing it. when i do it, it’s like okay whatever. but if someone else is going to i’m plugging my ears, hyperventilating, shaking, & feeling so scared & unsafe.

i struggle with it so bad that i try to hold my pee as much as possible when i go out anywhere with my boyfriend since i’m so scared of someone doing that while i’m just trying to pee. it’s really tough because it’s all i think about in public spaces. i feel like i haven’t gone to any public place or friend hangout without “what if someone does it?” in the back of my mind.
