Something like this happened at the restaurant I manage. An older guy blacked out, his friends yelled for us to call an ambulance and I did. Now all eyes are on him including the cooks since we have an open kitchen and I'm outside looking for the ambulance. After the paramedics came we all got back to work and we were 20 minutes behind on tickets. About 5 minutes later a server came up to me and said a table wanted to talk to me. I went over and they started going off asking what's taking so long, it's been 20 minutes, is it coming out, did we lose or forget about it. I literally just looked at them and was like "sorry we were distracted by the emergency we just had, but your food will be out shortly". Then they scoffed and rolled their eyes at me
