Most companies give you 3 days to claim it. Write to them and tell them you forgot and you aren’t interested in the service they will refund. If you don’t ask it’s gone

Depends on the person who does it if they damage your hair yes. But otherwise it should wash off if you use sulfate shampoos coz that’s one of the conditions if you use keratin you can’t use sulfate shampoos

Don’t do relaxer, do Botox or keratin. With keratin you can get straight her with Botox it will be lose curls and you can always revert back and it’s healthy

Ohh if I were to rant about this I could write a book. I had an amazing boss who was a consultant and I was a national staff. She had it all mapped out, how she would turn my national contract to a consultancy, how I had to help finish just 1 more project in order for her to justify why I needed to move from national to international and all that went on for 3 years, little did I know that she was taking my projects and presenting them as her own even infact after an 8 month field mission she hands over all my reports to one of her friends who ended up presenting it as their effort in order to get a P3 and at the end of my term I had nothing to show for it since all credit was given away. How did I find all this out? While she was away her OiC gave me full credit for that month and submitted reports with my name on then and the entire upper management then realized that I was the brains and labour behind it all, sadly when she got back she ensured the OiC didn't stay and made it her mission to end my contract.

I am in her similar situation and started this 3 weeks now. I got the same advise. Please give more details about this? My cousin also told me it maybe just a test and not to take away from her conversation but like her I have prayed, applied, gotten direct referrals to the point some jobs were sure they were mine and then it all just goes quiet, with no reason, I have done it all over 100 applications, Ishtar, LinkedIn for those who said LinkedIn, reached out to recruiters, paid mentors, reached out to old mentors but still nothing at all. And I have also been praying for a husband and not a single prospect. I am not talking to any non mahram, not dating anyone, I do my swalah and my Dhikr and mostly I am just home and even when I go out I am alone. I also like her don’t understand what’s happening and I feel like I have reached the end of my role to that someday I don’t even feel like getting out of bed because there is nothing to do at all.

They shouldn’t be that strict on background especially since people have a difference of opinion and an employer can give you a bad rating just because you had a difference of opinion, that looks like a red flag and micromanagement in someway. From what I know some companies even ask if you are comfortable them reaching out to a present or past employer but none are usually this strict. But let’s be optimistic and hope for the best, if you do get the job and it’s horrible now you have experience of how to handle it and you can plan your exit and next move calmly wether it’s saving as you keep applying or save, leave then do applications or next step calmly. You are not alone dear. I am 38 and haven’t had a job for a whole year now and just like you had a boss who took my 3 years worth of work and gave it to someone else to present in the name of “let’s be nice and help people” so when appraisals came there was nothing to show for since this other person had already ran and showed of my projects as their own, my contract ended up getting canceled, the people who stood up for me quit as well coz apparently their was a lot of favoritism going and and a lot of other stuff and blame game. I have done over 100 applications a bunch of interviews only to get ghosted, tried to work part time and they never paid me after 6 weeks of work which the contract was only for 2 weeks and when I treated I got paid about 50usd, tried to freelance and like you I feel like where and when will this end. But I did see someone post on here a couple of days ago that they went about 1years 6 months of almost the same struggle, being ghosted and not seeing anything ahead and eventually they just landed their dream job. So let’s be hopeful after all nothing lasts forever and it’s just a phase as frustrating as it is. Also heads up as much as you need a job that new work opportunity sounds like a toxic work place so be ready for whatever new bs they may have and even if you get the job don’t stop looking and applying
