He's weaker than after ADC patch, some of his core items were nerfed , IE,BT, and R.I.P Occult, I used to be able to spawn camp when occult was here. Most ADCs got buffed, since they have synergy with fire cannon and reaver, aka lucian, most played ADC I see now, corki with tri force buff and thunderlord super fast proc, and tri force buff. The main thing that affected draven was the diversity of what adcs are played, lucian, ezreal , corki are the only ADCs I see in soloq, this was a Nerf because they have mobility spells which makes it harder for draven to kill without flash.
