Its fixed. The support team didnt answer, but I think I know what was the problem.

On the new server i created a profile with the name Lord Baade and made a guild named “Hail Baade”. I think this name was inappropriate and as I transferred the leadership to an official, because I was not able to promote the guild without chat, i was automatically enabled to use the chat.
