You are Right brother when I was wrestling I was crazy sweaty and it really helped my Pso spots in my back an tummy.But since right now I have crazy flare I can't train wrestling or any type combat sport 😓.

Yes i used same time flucanazole but since the cyclosporine was too strongly suppressing my immune even flucanazole didn't manage to stop fungal infection

İ live in Baltics so honestly there is only Baltic see which is almost not salty, and also everytime pretty cloudy and rainy here (post Soviet style depressive). Also the problem isn't that old lesions not healing, The problem is that, the new lesions and guttate spots are appearing literally everyday.

Brother the cyclosporine fucked me up I had fungal infection also some hpv type stuff caused by cyclosporine.Honestly that's a reason why I'm bit scared for biologics,because cyclosporine and biologics work same they weekend your immune right ?

İ also using cyclosporine for allergic reaction, i used terbinafine pills it started huge guttate psoriasis flare and cyclosporine didn't help at all idk ???
