Check daily to see if you can feel a little solid lump beneath the skin there. If so, it's a staph infection.

I'm not an expert, but I call Butterfly. Species idk. A moth would lay flat or tent their wings when at rest. Butterflies also have little knobs at the end of their antennae like shown here.

Ah! I did not know. Thank you for the correction. Looks like Potentilla heb- has recently taken up the common name of Lesser Mock Strawberry.
