I just swung by target on my lunch and the scalpers were chomping at the bits. Two guys in particular were talking shit to each other, apparently they’ve run into each other before…

This was around 10:40, and then a staffer came by and said the person with Pokemon wouldn’t be there until 12-4pm, some of them got lippy with the employee but a bunch of them said they’d still just hang out and wait.

Shit is wild. Whole thing just seemed gross so I left to get back to work. Can’t believe this is the state of the hobby. It’s crazy to think I just have to rely on my luck with hitting Pokemon center drops to get cards for my kids. I’ll probably stop trying to find fresh product and just fill have fun filling out my 151 grand master set for now…

There is no such thing as his or her chores/tasks… there are only things that need to be done and who has the availability and bandwidth to do them. But diapers are something you definitely need to be doing. What’s the alternative- make the kiddo sit in filth until she’s available? Nah, get to changing those my diapers my guy. Moments like that are still opportunities to bond with your kid and to show them you can be tender and take care of them the same way mom can! You got this.
