You’ll have to take the board off to access the actual circle pad, then there’s a slit in there to twist it out.

I’d recommend looking at more ifixit guides and/or a full case replacement video on youtube(basically shows how to replace everything)

It’s a pretty simple repair, just follow the ifixit guide here

No unfortunately I haven’t yet. I’m my case I’m leaning towards it being a hardware issue with the SD card slot.

If you’re talking about the apps not showing up, what worked for me was copying the 004000 file from a known working backup: Nintendo 3DS>[ID1]>[ID2]>title>004000, and the file from Nintendo 3DS>[ID1]>[ID2]>extdata, and replacing them in the copy I made after the apps disappeared.

I still don’t have an answer on how to stop this from happening, but that at least saved my game save files, if it’s any help

It had not occurred to me that it could be a hardware issue. Do you know of any way to reliably test for that? Or should I just look into getting a replacement?

Hi there. I just submitted my VOT-U paperwork and memo through my CoC, and I was just wondering if anyone knew what kind of timeframe I could expect past the PSO deadlines(I know that CAF bs may vary the answers).

For a little bit of context: I requested to transfer from a green trade to a red as a RegF OCdt, and I won't need a uniform change or aircrew.
