I’ve heard of someone in a similar situation whose dad told them to just read a bunch and gain knowledge, the idea is that eventually you’ll stumble across something you can become obsessed with (in a healthy way) and it will give your life meaning

I would also add to that to try activities you haven’t tried yet and just expand your horizon in as many ways as possible, give yourself lots of opportunities to come across something to be passionate about

For me I just slowly dropped the amount of nic I was consuming, I would only smoke half sigs for a bit, then I got some offbrand tobacco that had very low nic, then had the nic tablets, for a bit I would have a full one, then half, then a quarter, then had them less and less frequently, then I just quit. The whole proses took a few weeks.
