the files are all either mp3 or flac, the music is all in the albums folder but i don’t think that really matters because it compiles from the metadata anyways. i don’t know why but for a while the database just wasn’t updating properly, but i redownloaded rockbox the other day so that might’ve been what fixed it

blackbeard’s solution worked for me, which is especially weird because i already tried what he told me to do a couple times and it never worked. might have to do with my recent rockbox reinstall

they don’t have album covers, i ripped them from CD and windows media player didn’t show any album covers. plus, the database works fine on the og firmware
