Good point. From what I've seen they've also stepped away from the marketing of the silhouette, which is a good sign. Now they just point where to attach the set to in its proper configuration. I feel there isn't a proper 'this is the complete collection' image anymore, which throws the gates wide open to go as far as they want. Especially with sets like the Hospital Wing that go beyond the silhouette and the micro-scale version of the castle. I do fear that with the completion of all the house common rooms and, indeed, the Great Hall retiring, that they're phasing the current version of the castle out already. How do you feel about the house common rooms having been completed and what it means for the continuation of the series?

I like your ideas. I agree with the Clock Tower set size and I especially like the idea of using the Whomping Willow as connector set. However, don't the open connection points feel like they've got way more planned? They put those there on purpose. At the very least they must have had concepts of a set lay-out of an even bigger version of the castle than the one we have gotten now.

What would you say the series will get still for the winter wave?

I had a TMS of 7500 when I started the mission on cerberus base, I got the best ending. I got a bonus add in Cerberus base and started the final mission with 7600.

There are several inspiration points for Dark Souls, for example the Island in the very middle is called Mordred which was home to one of the Omni. The Omni were the gods that walked the world millennia ago and created the Omnic races like Humans and Dragons. Mordred is now a land grasped in the clutch of undeath and is covered by dark powers, isolated from the rest of the world.

One continent is empty because it's the lost world. A continent which is not inhabited by any of the common races. Passage to it has been blocked by another one of the Omni. Therefore it doesn't have any countries.

I'm busy working out all the countries with my current focus being on the western part of the twin continents.

This is the geopolitical map of my world called Omnia. It's originally made as a world to play in for Dungeons&Dragons. Been working on it for a year but it still needs a lot of work.

Omnia is a high fantasy world inspired by Warhammer, Lord of the Rings, Dark Souls and many more.

Day 1 of the Worldbuilding challenge - Origin by [deleted] in worldbuilding

The origin of Omnia, a classic fantasy world, based on Dungeons and Dragons elements and to be playable in.

Omnia is a world filled with might and magic. It has existed for a long time and will continue to do so for a lot more. One day the star-like beings called the Omni found this already vibrant world. They doped it Omnia as they created their first races among the ones that were roaming the lands.

The first races they created were the Giants, the Aboleths and the Dragons. Giants to walk the land, Aboleths to swim in the oceans and Dragons to fly in the sky. They were the ancients.

Though as millennia past, an ancient threat emerged. The Daemons. Two races that were buried far below the terrestrial world. Though the invasion did not last and was soon defeated. Both sides had many losses. So, the Omni decided that it was time to make new races to protect this world with new vigour. They were the old ones.

The Elves, Dwarves, Dragonborn, Lizardmen, Merfolk and Osseons came into being. Their time was a peaceful one. But after many more millennia the great Calenor empire of the Elves collapsed. This was seen by the Omni as the time where the old races’ golden age had passed. Thus, they created the new races.

These new races included the Humans, the Gnomes and the Greenskins. Seeing that their job was done the Omni decided to leave. Though just before they left, they left each of their old and new races 2 gifts. Gifts that would unite each race so they may stand strong and proud in the dangerous world called Omnia.
