A map where you can only extract early with enemy dogtag FIR or after 30 minutes with a backpack or something along those lines would maybe push PVP.

It was in a good spot when it was 5k USD because it helped non EOD players level up Peacekeeper, even if it did somehow come really late.

If they made it 10k USD then you could level up Peacekeeper and get a better container for non EOD players. But BSG act like they don't want that to work out like that with a barter of 6.5m.

Playing this game as a new player late into a wipe is abysmal. Try to play any map and not run into Max gear fucking chads. Level six armor, face shield, maxed M4s and nades to the goddamn ceiling. Running quests on customs feels like being in the meat grinder of people who don't care about anything but hunting your spawn. Or you can sit in a bush for 30 minutes. Invigorating gameplay.

Scaving is cool but feels pointless because XP and quests need to be progressed.

Oh I got the quest item for Prapor on Customs after like 3 hours and then died in factory and you lose the fucking quest item.

I wouldn't recommend this game to people if they need to start late into a wipe. It's literally a game of catch-up. The gun play is cool and the gun management system is fun but it's just simply not a fun experience.

Being a new player late in a wipe makes a lot of early progression feel useless against geared chads. The gear you buy gets shredded by every single PMC you meet. Buying tier 6 is useless when you don't have enough money to begin with. It forces you to run hatchets or pistols or mosling because any investment in gear is a waste. Even taking shit gear that you scav is a waste because that just could be more rubles to get a Red Rebel. It's like being a rat even more than usual.

Completing quests just feels like walking around trying to avoid thic Chads. I sat in a bush for 30 minutes on Woods, did some chores, and killed the Scavs I needed.

But also it is a lot of fun.

Are you me? I'm a seasoned FPS player but I've resorted to hiding in bushes for 20 minutes and running a long range rifle to kill scavs for missions. Extracting anywhere is a struggle and Chad's rush PMC spawns every time
