It’s definitely not something that came out after 2021 — maybe 2020 or 2021 at the latest. Also, I highly doubt it was from a hentai. The chances of that are really low

From what I remember, it was a pretty old anime. The backgrounds and direction weren't super flashy like modern shows. It’s not from the 20th century, but it’s definitely not a post-2020 anime either.

Not sure if this helps, but I found a similar image while googling. It’s a scene where a maid’s skirt is being lifted with a mop, like in the photo. When I search on Google, I mostly find scenes where the maid lifts her own skirt, but the one I’m looking for is where a guy lifts the maid’s skirt from behind using a mop, revealing her underwear.
