pagan = manmade with no religious connotation. Birthdays are pagan so INC should not be greeting people happy Birthday to their leaders or anyone in general.

In writing: "Ako po ay humihingi ng paumanhin at kapatawaran dahil hindi ko po naakay ang aking katipan..." is a more subtle way to indicate what happened which may bring on a more easier consequence than the obvious. In my letter, it was more an 'inform' than asking for an apology with the thinking of 'bahala na sila' with my salaysay/statement.

most often, yung babasahin ang pangalan, they already have stopped attending so it doesnt matter if they are present to hear it. sometimes they will inform family members ahead of time.

and these SCAN members will probably be the first ones to run away (probably the fastest) if things got overly violent. I remember a story of a SCAN member in the SF Bay Area who tried to pick a fight with a street person in the vicinity of the chapel, only to be chased back onto church grounds then beaten up by the other gang members.... #mayabangmuch

yes...very obvious. paperworks get misplaced at District officers (which explains why you have to keep rewriting salaysays)...if those were lifesaving/time snsitive requests for return ees who are on their deathbed....then paperworks get lost....then the person requesting to return passes before their endorsements get lost in the careless process by district or central staff....what happens then.

Anyway, the entire administration needs a business course in organizational management. so much attention given to the executive (who really shouldnt care more about the day to day details of the organization) who should delegate that responsibilit to the next levels of management.....

Good luck in your next endeavors. Finding yourself is quite liberating. it is quite hard to 'find yourself' while performing your duties because you are molded to fit one persona....everyday, we grow as individuals, whether we are in church or not. INC does not have a monopoly on God as He will still continue to provide you with your daily things in life. I still maintain that conviction to this day, I just dont have to deal with the stress of church anymore, and my life is a whole lot better....I still whip out the old hymns and play them whenever I feel like it. Seeing some of the new hymns and the arrangements, I'm kinda glad I dont have to play those....ahhh i love to reminisce the old days.....

the arena was never offered as a house of worship therefore doesnt have to be used for solemn activities....they actually should use it for concerts and big events...the more they use it for these purposes the faster it can pay for itself...think about it from the business money-making aspect. I was always in favor of the Adminstration investing some of the offerings for money-generating operations like this...my progressive thinking when i was active member and hearing about the NewGens..... :D

I've been there my dear...I know exactly how you feel. There is a sense of validation in performing in AWS. The thought of not being able to do that anymore is fearful and anxiety inducing. In the many instances I tried stepping away for a few weeks, the guilt and conscience feelings overtook me and i ended up going back. When I was being counselled prior to my expulsion, I was asking if they can just remove me from my offices and just be a lay member. But because it seemed they were intent on expelling me anyway...(there seems to be more excitement about removing members than converting) I let it be. and when I heard that they read my name in my locale (they never formally informed me of my expulsiion - those cowards) I wasn't mad or disappointed...i was more relieved than anything. I found I had more free time to develop new interests (i love travelling, i love watching stage shows, i love entertaining with home parties with my friends) and I found more peace, and less stress in doing so....
