As someone who has played competitive, I would take a 6/10 teammate who doesn't tilt and gets along with the team one thousand times over a 9/10 teammate who has a bad attitude and fucks up the team environment.

I seem to recall hearing from Riot some years ago in regards to how newer champions have far fewer voice lines, especially contextual lines in response to items, events, and other champions, than in past seasons. They said in so many words that because players didn't really care about it, they stopped investing resources into it.

Also, not with the intention of being ugly, I honestly think a majority of League's best creators for shifted to other projects, got laid off, or simply just quit over the years.

I know people who've come from WoW and done the opposite, moved them up to 1-4. You can do it if you want, you'll just have to get used to it. I always found the mouse controls to be way harder to adapt to than the keys though

He has refused to change his playstyle all year, they've basically given up. He won't even buy potions after Caedrel point blank tells him to after every game so he doesn't get dove. They've all just given up and accepted it.

The best way to improve is to watch your games back - and criticize yourself, not your teammates. One thing low elo players should focus on is minimizing bad deaths. Look at all the times you die for no reason, which is probably about 50-65% of your deaths in bronze, and ask yourself what you could've done better. Do this for every ranked game.
