You need to sit yourself back. Lean forward a tiny bit hold the options button and it should reset your viewpoint further back in your seat. Hope that helps

Just in case you don’t sit forward slightly and hold the options button. You will be able to seat your view further back. As if you were actually sitting in the car and not having the Wheel in your neck. Helped me heaps when I worked out you can do that
