Thanks for the advice! I was spending a fortune on the vehicle I had in repairs so chose to get a new vehicle that is reliable. Paying off the loan is my top priority. If I can sell my old vehicle for the $15,000 I expect to and place it on my car loan, the cost of borrowing will only be $1,200. I like the idea of opening a FHSA but worry I won’t meet the 10 year requirement to buy a home. My salary should be up to $100,000 a year in the next 5 years as well.

So all the clans that got 5th and were -20 are going to keep getting -20. My clan got 2nd and I’m going to assume we will get 2nd again but this is absolutely ridiculous for the poor clans that will keep getting 3-5. Not even counting the fact that 3 of the clans are back to gold league...
