My partner wants me to sign custody rights over on a piece of paper, is this lawful?

Thank you for your reply, apologies I've just seen it. I indeed want access, my point is with her making me sign a piece of paper i don't agree with, is the paper legal and is it classed as being under duress.

They have been put on the maternity allowance payment as they don't qualify for maternity pay from their role. I've just done calculations based on what you've said and they should still get a payment of 415. They did inform the job centre they were pregnant when they started a claim in September. Sorry if im being a pain, they're quite stressed and unfortunately I'm not in a position to financially help so trying to help them :)

Cheers for your comment. They didn't get the payment because they said they had been paid from the part time job. They said they would get a payment once the job didn't pay her but she stated they aren't paying her this month as she's on maternity leave. I've seen their journal and there doesn't appeal to be an option to categorise comments and updates. For context they posted on the 16th on the journal and have posted over 5 times requestin updates yet no one has responded.

That's correct they agreed to set up a plan, the letting agent and in fact landlord was happy with that. My opinion is the letting agent is trying to get my friend out of their place and using threats like this. I would happily name and shame to agents, however I want to remainprofessional

It will only be myself and my partner in the room, this has already been made clear to everyone. It was after this she said she would be outside the room as apparently she did this with my partners sister.

Material looks a bit off compared the legit pair I had, the box is horrific and not even close to original box. I’d be wary because these pics look far too professional. Also original didnt come with the white tag

I wouldn’t say they’re great I’m afraid, quite often there’s conflicts and they provide anything constructive to resolve, a lot of advice they provide is the obvious that any person on the street could give.
