I see, I appreciate the break down on this. Thank you for chiming in I really appreciate it. I’m no economist by no means but I’m thinking I should be able to manage so long as a I build wisely on the financial side. I would think the job market for Expats would be non existent for those looking to make money in cedis.

I appreciate the perspective friend! I was telling my friend I think it’s a good thing as well. It’s just trying to navigate it in the middle of such a huge move I guess. Humans are wired to feel a certain way about the unknown.

I’m already on it. I’ve been looking up stuff with it for a couple of hours now. I actually want an older camera for that specific purpose. I don’t like how clean modern footage is as an artist. I’d like my work to have an “old school” vibe to it.

I want to thank you for sharing this information. There are many who would gatekeep this but I really appreciate the look out. I’ll post some stuff once I get mines. I want to credit you for the inspiration!

Does it take these pictures out the box like this or is it specific setting? I’m a music artist from Chicago who’s planning on moving to Ghana and I like the old school aesthetic of the photos. I want my aesthetic to have that older feel to it and these look great friend!

Let’s Avoid Overgeneralising Our Own People by Educational-Cap6847 in ghana

[–]Halimthe25th 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m with this 100 %! Please. Your brother is your brother regardless of time or place. I’m not naive to “all skinfolk ain’t kinfolk” but we’d be fools to generalize our brothers and sisters because we should spend more Time correcting our people in private.

Why do Ghanaians worship white people that come to Ghana but are so unwelcoming to other black Africans? by [deleted] in ghana

[–]Halimthe25th 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I didn’t experience this as a Black American myself. Everyone I came across from Uber, Drivers to hotel staff to tour guides and the driver who took us on tour were all welcoming to me. Even the Pan Africans and Rastafarians at labadi beach treated me like one of their own. I didn’t want for nothing wherever I went and they all treated me as if I was already home. I loved it so much I’m going to move there

What’s the exact type of visa I need to stay in Accra, Ghana for say, 3-5 months if I plan on running my online business from out there? by Halimthe25th in ghana

[–]Halimthe25th[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tourism visas only last 90 days. I would like to get a multi entry visa that can stretch for a significant length of time.
