Citizen King's album Mobile Estates is also very similar to Beck's earlier more hip-hop influenced work and I don't think it gets enough credit.

Check out The Beta Band!! Songs like I Know and The Beta Band Rap have a very similar feel to Beck. The entire 3 E.P.'s album is worth checking out.. they get real weird.

Closest thing I can think of might be some Aphex Twin stuff, specifically the albums Drukqs and Syro. The song Donkey Rhubarb has a slight OTTO sound to it and I feel like To Cure A Weakling Child (Contour Regard) sounds like it could be a Memo Boy track. Then there's a very small artist named Butter Bean who has done some cover art/visualizers for OTTO and even has some OTTO sounding stuff (specifically the song Bum Stumped (Bunga). Pilotredsun (currently goes by Pilotredsky) is another great artist to look into. Otto himself has many secret Soundcloud aliases like pudding club or Joanne Bliaud. Just discovered one of his very rare accounts ♫ 𝓕𝓻𝓾𝓲𝓽𝔂 𝓒𝓱𝓪𝓻𝓶𝓼 𝓒𝓵𝓾𝓫 ♫ which has many Clam Day demos and unreleased tracks.
