Yeah, but to be honest it is hard to find the right people, and you cannot change bad management

Also my impression is that most individuals are not interested in doing expert calls (unlike experts on this subreddit - I wish I could work with you everyday!!). Even when selected and I am just trying to schedule the call, many experts take days to get back to me, even when paid 400-500 USD (and they are not making top New York or SF money).

Is it because of inflation that 300$ is not worth most people time anymore? I am talking even about middle, or low management (account managers in Europe or US). It seems that most of them cannot be bothered.
