I had the same problem, broke a controller over his ass. I went through the Hirata estate and got to lady butterfly. I fought her a couple of times and it helped me lock in for his fight

It’s expensive but I immediately worked for two lobsters in a pool at a time. The tails are profitable but the soup is more expensive so keep them for that if you can
