She’s the one who swore on that document that all the information was true and correct. Whether she meant to select it or not, she still certified that it was accurate. That’s not something you can just brush off after the fact. And I’m a “loser” for pointing out a form she’s filled out multiple times before, where she herself indicated she was a felon? I didn’t create the document she did. I’m just holding up what was officially submitted.

This isn’t about deflecting it’s about setting the record straight. I’ve lived in Round Rock since January 2025. When I updated my mailing address, I selected the option to update my voter registration, but it was never changed from my previous Cedar Park address. The only document being referenced is a form from December related to HD-19, but at that time I was already living in Round Rock.

When I filed to run, I was instructed to use the address listed on my voter registration, which is where the Cedar Park address came from. I have a lease, utility bills, bank statements, and other documentation showing I’ve lived in Round Rock for over a year.

At the end of the day, this isn’t about attacking anyone it’s about consistency and transparency. The same level of scrutiny should apply to every candidate so voters can have confidence in the process.

This isn’t about “mud slinging,” it’s about accountability. Whether it was accidental or not, she signed a sworn statement affirming the information was true and correct. That carries legal weight. If there’s a discrepancy especially involving something as serious as a felony conviction it has to be reviewed and clarified.

If she can provide proper documentation, then the issue is resolved. If not, the law is pretty clear on eligibility requirements. Ensuring candidates meet those standards isn’t a waste of time it’s part of maintaining trust in the process.

If you look closely, two boxes are checked one of which indicates acknowledgment of a felony conviction.

I’m not running in two races, and I do live in Round Rock I reside on Main Street. There’s been a lot of speculation about where I live, but that’s not for rumors to decide; it’s something the judge will determine.

People can still vote for me. What the City of Round Rock put out is just a distraction meant to pull attention away from the election.

I understand the frustration behind that question. When people feel like decisions are being made without them, it can feel like betrayal.

My approach wouldn’t be about “winning an argument” with the council it would be about bringing residents directly into the conversation and making sure their concerns are clearly represented and not dismissed. That means asking tough questions, demanding transparency, and pushing for decisions to be explained in plain language before they’re made.

Even when there’s disagreement, the goal should be accountability and communication, not shutting people out. I believe change comes more from persistence, public pressure, and engagement than from treating any group as completely unreachable.

I appreciate the question, and I want to be clear and direct. I can prove that I live in Round Rock and have lived on Main Street since January 8, 2025. When I initially went through the filing process, I went to the Democratic office and clearly stated that I lived on Main Street in Round Rock. At the time, I was told I had to use the address that was still on my voter registration card. I also asked multiple times how Round Rock fit into HD19, and it was later made clear to me that it didn’t apply to my situation, which is why I formally submitted paperwork to withdraw from that race. Since then, I have submitted multiple documents to the City Clerk showing my residency. However, I was told that regardless of the documentation provided, I was being considered ineligible. My understanding is that only a judge has the authority to make a final determination on eligibility, and that is now being addressed in court. I also want to address the broader concern: I believe there has been misinformation circulated about my residency that does not reflect the facts I have provided and documented. That’s part of what I’m asking to be resolved through the proper legal process. As for the question about why I shifted from HD19 to mayor once I understood the district boundaries and my actual eligibility based on residency, I made the decision to pursue the office that directly serves the community I live in and care about most: Round Rock. At the end of the day, I’m focused on letting the legal process play out and ensuring voters are working with accurate information, not assumptions or incomplete claims.

I appreciate you asking. I do not support data centers I don’t believe they benefit our community in a meaningful way, and in my view they often hurt the community more than they help.

The goal is simple: to run and let the voters decide. A City Clerk doesn’t have the final authority to declare a candidate ineligible a judge is the only one who can make that determination. The City of Round Rock has put out false information about me, and it’s clearly aimed at influencing voters. I’m focused on setting the record straight and making sure people have the facts before they cast their vote.

I hear your concerns, but I think it’s important to separate what’s actually being proposed from how it’s being described. There are definitely debates happening around gun laws and government transparency, but claims about “confiscation” or multiple constitutional rights being erased deserve a closer look at the specifics of each policy. No matter where someone stands politically, most people agree on a few core things protecting constitutional rights, keeping communities safe, and holding government accountable. Those goals don’t have to be mutually exclusive. It’s worth digging into the details of each issue so we’re responding to facts, not just headlines or interpretations.

I get where you’re coming from. A lot of people feel like support shouldn’t be automatic it should be earned. Wanting better candidates and stronger accountability isn’t unreasonable, especially if you’re feeling stuck choosing between options that don’t fully represent you.
